As far as I go I’m an easy going guy that doesn’t take himself too seriously, who is all about living for the moment since tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. My family, friends and career are paramount. The pastime activities that get me excited are triathlons, running outside, swimming anywhere, cycling in NorCal, water polo (played at UCD), FOOD, wine, dive bars, TAHOE, all national parks, beach, traveling, snow, SF, all water sports, Giants / 49ers games, beer pong, concerts, and many others that we can discuss live. I absolutely love competition, anything that involves a winner and loser I want to participate in. Fitness is an important part of my life but I think I train a lot so I can eat and drink whatever I want. I can’t stand Mayo! I think the Bay Area is one of the greatest places on earth and I feel so fortunate to live here.
